His plan is also ass. Thanks but NO thanks. I also got an email of a list of supplements that he recommended me to buy from him using his code, which shows you right there that this guy only cares about money because those supplements are probably crap.

The ablqb at which I received my plans tells me that you ablav fixed plans you give to people and either have different plans for different weights lbs, lbs, etc or a computer program that adjusts all the foods according to the person's weight.
